The property needs to be the primary focus and as large as possible (within the 60px margin). In the cases where properties are oddly shaped or really large, we may exclude the main road to make the property larger and easier to see.
Some instances that have required this framing includes:
- The main road being too far from the property and creating excessive empty space.
- The road being so large compared to the property that it becomes distracting.
- The property is so large that the font is 1pt and cutting the road would allow us to make the property bigger.
- The property is so oddly shaped that there’s no way to include the road in a way that makes sense (i.e. we don’t want a detached road floating in the corner). Any roads we do show must be attached to the property somehow.

The entrance is on the upper right side of the map. Including the primary road would have made the units smaller than they already are and leave too much empty space.
